I have had a few people ask me what Osteopathic Massage is and I have had a hard time explaining what it is or how it is helping Mac. So, for curiosity's sake here is a link so you can have a read on your own and hopefully gain a better understanding.

Renate Kroesa is the name of the woman we see. At the moment she is helping Mac with headaches she believes he is having, and she also is trying to help us with the arching. I can say I see an improvement after we have been, Mac definitely seems more relaxed and peaceful. It is an amazing process to watch her working with him.
No pictures this time, but next time for sure!
