What can I say, except, what a success!!! Team Mok raised $615!!!!! Thank you to all of you who sponsored us on our run!
It was a rainy day, but spirits were high. There were about 3,500 people at the run on that rainy Sunday and over $13 million dollars was raised for the oncology program at Children's Hospital.
The event itself was well organized, a joy to be at and there were activities for all ages. A bouncy castle, face painting, balloon animals, a hockey shoot, rides in the cherry pickers, popcorn and snow cones, you name it...and we made sure to have a little fun before and after the race as well.
Mac, Spencer, Gran, Uncle Wayne, Linda, Gabe and myself, enjoyed ourselves immensely, the rain didn't hold any of us back from having a good time, check out the pictures for yourself...
