Spiderman!
So, Mac's first Halloween was a success.
On Saturday, he had his BYOP Party and we had about 60 people here carving pumpkins and joining in the festivities with McLean. Luckily it was a beautiful day and the pumpkin carving could be done outside, as kids were running through the yard, playing on the swing and with the basketball net. There was a lot of food consumed, great costumes and the evening closed off with a bonfire and roasting marshmallows. We think we will make this an annual event.
Spencer was a good sport and wore a costume I made as well. Take a look at the pictures and just imagine him at the BBQ grilling hotdogs in this one. I dressed as a ladybug and, of course, because Mumma is behind the camera there isn't a shot of me. Too busy hosting to make sure that got done, oh well, next year!
Last night Spencer had to work, so I got Mac dressed in his costume once again and we hit a few neighbourhood houses for his own stash of candy! So this morning he is enjoying the fruits of his labour and Mumma is ready to take all these decorations down.
Hope you all had some wonderful trick or treating!
