Nanny came to visit this last weekend and once again Mac loooooved the attention. It rained most of the time, but really she was here for the cuddles and smiles. They enjoyed many books and 'I had a little pony' songs together.
Saturday night Nanny, Mac and I headed to watch the annual 'Guns and Hoses' Hockey Game. (RCMP Versus Firefighters) . The RCMP won, of course, 3-1. Mac strolled around the arena in his walker, not really being able to see Daddy on the ice, but it was a good outing for all.
Sunday, S and I snuck away for dinner together while Nanny stayed home and babysat.
Nanny also worked on a chair I am recovering, although I have yet to touch it, Nanny has worked on it the last few visits she has been here, maybe a few more visits and it will actually be completed!
