For these past two years, Spencer has taken me for Mother's Day Brekkie at the Lions Club, where all the proceeds go to the Make a Wish Foundation. Granted not the best pancakes, but a wonderful morning out with my son and husband, a great cause, and a carnation for all the Mumma's, although some little munchkin got his hands on mine!
