I am loving my new preschool/playgroup.
There is an new initiative through the Ministry of Education called SmartStart which has started up all over the province. It's to give kids a jumpstart on their school readiness and it's free! 5 days a week, for three hours and you can stay as long or short as you want, and come as often as you want.
Mac loves it. There are a million toys and activities for him to get his hands into and Mumma loves it because it is run in a kindergarten classroom and I can reminisce. So far the kitchen centre and accessories are Mac's favourite, but today we jumped into the craft and after Mumma applied the glue, on the sparkles and glitter went, and voila, a little pirate we have!

i too, love any excuse to get myself into a kindergarten room...Robert and I are scheduling "regular" visits - not sure if it's for my benefit or his...lol
He looks so happy Allison, glad that the two of you are enjoying the experience together.
