Nanny's Shortbread

We have Nanny's memorial coming up next weekend and I have been busy baking shortbread to take with us. Nanny made shortbread every Christmas, every occasion, and every trip to our house (as S loved them!). Lucy had her first one yesterday in the midst of baking. Nanny would be happy to see her namesake munching away.
