As you must have figured out by now, we love having company! Yesterday we had John and Cathy Brown come for lunch. Who are John and Cathy Brown? Well, when we first moved to the Coats we stayed at their wonderful B&B in Roberts Creek for a few weeks, until we found a more permanent home. As well as their company, many homebaked goodies were enjoyed in this time. Spencer was getting a little too used to fresh baked goodies arriving each day, and never the same thing twice!!!
Their little cottage was the perfect first home on the coast for us, and we particularly loved the goats who also reside on the property, as well as the two roaming cats.
If you are ever coming for a visit, or know someone else who is visiting the coast, and don't want to stay with us (but why wouldn't you!!!), maybe wanting a little of your own space, I would highly recommend their place! Check it out,

A lovely lunch was had, Cathy brought us some gorgeous plants for the yard, and John had a special touch with Mac, something I think they both quite enjoyed. The perfect afternoon.
