Port Townsend

In our old house in Fort Worden there was tonnes of space, to roam, to run and for Mac and G to read.

Here is Lucy checking out a purple starfish living under the dock, through a little peephole in the floor, at the Marine Center.

Flying kites, or running in the field, not sure which was more fun?

Anyone who knows Mac and his love of music, would not be surprised that Mac heard these guys from BLOCKS away and insisted we go find the source of the music we heard. We stayed for quite awhile listening.

The SunshineMoks in the sunshine.

We had a family reunion (for my Mom's family) in Port Townsend, Washington this past weekend. These are just a few pics of all we did, all we saw, and all that kept us going. With nothing to do but be with family, entertain ourselves and enjoy our surroundings there were three VERY pleased little children and three VERY exhausted adults.

I totally want to go to Port Townsend. It looks like you all had a great time.

I think Mac Lean enjoys music just as much as his great-grandfather Joseph Wellmann did. He was one of the founders and also members of the music-society in Beverbruch Germany
Maybe any one Mac also will play a trumpet. That was the favorite instrument of his great-granddad.
Love to all from Cousin maria
